Who runs this site

The site is operated by TQM Invest SRL, a Romanian company (CUI 18249838; VAT ID RO18249838; Registered office: Satu Mare, Romania). You can reach us at hello@tqminvest.com.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only. They are not a services contract. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written contract that you and we have signed. Booking a call through the site does not create an obligation for either side to work together.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or use the site to harm anyone;
• submit false details or use someone else's identity in the booking form;
• send spam or automated submissions, or try to get around the spam protection or rate limits;
• probe, scan or attack the site or try to reach areas that are not public, such as the team area;
• copy the site by automated means in a way that burdens it.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on the site, including case studies and articles, belong to TQM Invest SRL or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read them, link to them and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. For any other use, ask us first. Client names, logos and marks that appear belong to their owners.

Information, not advice

The site is general information about our services. Case studies and articles describe past work and our views, and results depend on circumstances, so they are not a promise of a result for you. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted.

Liability

We are responsible for the harm we cause as the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and for death or personal injury. Within those limits, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information on the site or from the site being unavailable.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
